What was meant to be an empowering brunch turned into hours of trauma purging, with story after story of pain shared without hope, healing, or Christ at the center. In this episode, I’m unpacking why this approach is not only disempowering but dangerous, especially in faith-based spaces, and how true empowerment comes when we root our testimonies in Christ, speak life, and leave women feeling filled—not emptied.
